Monday: Group classes @ 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Beer Run @ 6:15pm
Tuesday – Friday: Group classes @ 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am
Group classes @ 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday: Group classes @ 9:00am, 10:00am
Sunday: Open Gym (weekly TBD)

*Personal Training and Private Group Training also available upon request
